Keith Turner is the Manager of Hillier Garden Centre, Redditch.

Keith has been with Hillier for just four months, having previously worked for another local garden centre!


Redditch is the most northerly of the Hillier Garden Centres. The centre extends the Hillier area into the Midlands and we have found it a wonderful place to be! The garden centre is very easy to find just off the large Dog Island roundabout that marks the junction of the main A435 and the A4189.

Redditch Garden Centre was almost totally refurbished and renewed at the end of 2001 and now offers wonderful facilities in a new shop and outside sales area. A significant feature of the development is the construction of a new access road further away from the busy 'Dog Island' roundabout. This makes the whole site feel more open and makes access far easier for car drivers.

Facilities at the garden centre are very good, with wide paths and all public areas on one level for access with trolleys or wheelchairs. 

The new shop at Redditch is has ample room for all the garden sundries, accessories and necessities we want to offer to you - from chemicals and garden tools to furniture and gifts, we have them all!

Under-cover display space is also good, so that even on rainy and cold days shoppers can keep dry and comfortable while outside! Plant Area Manager, John Todd joined the garden centre in 2001 and has the challenge of completely re-organising the plant area to fit with the new building layout! John comes to us with great plant knowledge having experience working for two other well-respected horticultural businesses.
